Image Insertions are special pieces created to insert a lost loved one into an already existing photo. The depth of detail & editing needed will determine the final price point.

NOTE: In order to use a professionally captured photo, you must possess and/or obtain a full release from the photographer acknowledging additional editing can be applied to the captured images. The release will be copied & verified. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

Memorial Creation Studio Session

Starting at $130

This session is one where the captured photos will involve inserting a lost loved one.

This package includes 2 digital images/poses with one (1) image of a loved one added. The price will increase if you’d like different images of your loved one to be used. The price can also be adjusted to include more images/poses and/or prints.

The depth of detail & editing needed (and any applicable add-ons) will determine the final price point.

OFFICIAL SNAPT Memorial Creation (INCLUDES AN 11x14 PRINT!)

Starting at $110

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL.

This is a special piece created from an already captured image (s). This process involves editing a current image & turning into a memorial piece (i.e. adding digital backdrops, angel wings, etc.)… or combining images into one. The depth of detail & editing (and number of photos) needed will determine the final price point. As well, your choice of a printed image (with or without a frame) will increase your final price.

**Add on a framed 16x20 for an additional $125.

NOTE: The image you submit will have to be evaluated to determine whether or not it can be used; the image must be clear. To use a professionally captured photo, you must possess and/or obtain a full release from the photographer (if applicable) acknowledging additional editing can be applied to the captured images. The release will be copied & verified. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

Photo Restoration orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Your photo will first need to be analyzed by Nika to determine whether or not she can successfully restore it. You will have to send the photo via text or email for evaluation. Full payment is required up front and prior to restoration taking place.

A ‘travel fee’ of $0.72 ½ per mile (round-trip) will apply for session locations farther than 15 miles* from SNAPT Photography LLC’s studio (+ a $60 convenience fee if more than 50 miles from studio).

‘Travel fee’ based on the IRS issued standard mileage rates effective January 1, 2026.

*For Real Estate Imagery, the mileage rate applies for locations more than 10 miles from SNAPT Photography LLLC’s studio.

When your in-home photo session has been reviewed & approved, but no equipment is needed, a convenience fee of $80 will be applied to your session.

If SNAPT has to provide lighting… a convenience fee of $80 will be applied to your session.

If SNAPT has to provide lighting, backdrop, & backdrop stand… a convenience fee of $140 will be applied to your session.

The aforementioned fees are separate from any applicable package fees & mileage rates.
